I noticed an old post about VA riders. [Not] a lot of regional activity posted. [Not into group riding but would enjoy riding to a rally point for something to eat and to meet other riders or a rider. Being retired I usually enjoy non-weekend rides but Sunday breakfast is a regular thing for me. It is possible that we could set up some kind of message tree for those interested in such a thing. Any input?

I started this thread thinking that some sort of community/friends type function of the board could be set up where folks could just do shout outs and hook up if interested--just a way to meet folks. Some folks did a FB set up. I wasn't thinking of group rides but ride-ins which is what I think happened at least once with the FB thing. I had plans and didn't go. I am probably going up to the Brookside for breakfast Sunday. I will be there when it opens--wish it was earlier. When I do that I often go over 211 one way. Typically, I get out most Sunday mornings first thing. I did a 300 mile ride over to and around WV last Sunday morning.

A little on the younger side here at 35. I have another rider in town who is 37 and a riding buddy (DocO) who is 50 in Troy, VA. .
