Devil's Triangle TN
 

Thinkin about ridin from PA to do the Devil's Triangle Route in TN.&nbsp\\; Anybody have any thing good, bad or ugly to say about it ?

I live right along it,its a great ride,I like it much better than the dragon.There is lots of great riding in this area.

Sections of the road need to be resurfaced between Petros and Rosedale. It's fairly heavily patched and washouts have been repaired in a couple of places. Not enough to ruin a leasurely ride through the mountains, but not a road to race the twisties on. It's good in that it's a lightly travelled road so you can ride at your own pace. I live in Oak Ridge and I'll see if I can't get out there Thursday, refresh my memory and maybe take a couple of pictures.

Edit: I was playing around with Google Earth and saw they have what they call "Street Views" you can look at. Apparently they drive some vehicle down roads taking panoramic pictures every 10 yards or so and they have TN-116. Really cool feature. You can rotate the camera 360 degrees and even look at the sky. The section that needs resurfaced starts when you cross from Morgan County into Anderson county which is a relatively flat and straight section.

I ride on patched roads all the time.&nbsp\\; I am from PA.
