I don't know WHAT the deal is over there.... but since Shelton's sold the place... it has been a steady decline (IMO) but....
If ONE person brags on a service department.... TEN will chime in how they suck
If ONE person complains about a service department...TEN will chime in about how wonderful they are.
As always YOUR miles will vary...
I'd recommend Motorcycle Innovations in Wake Forest... BUT.... that's a one man shop, and he will take the time your bike needs... which might be longer than you want

Yeah I'm close and just about everyone has some kind of nightmare with that that dealership. Best I think to stay away. Maybe buy there if the price is right and use someone else.
.. and I do like to have my bike back in a day or two ... but ey .. it's sat at Ray Price for near 4 weeks total and still isn't fixed. An Indah can't do any worse.

I have had no problems with Ragin Bull since they have open. I have had them match internet prices on parts and the service dept has been great also. There labor rate is the highest in the area compared to Ray Price and Down Home. But I did spend a lot of time talking to the tech before I had them touch my bike. (handle bars, sound system and Stage 1). But I did buy the bike from them.
