well went to daytona friday morning hoping for good weekend!! wrong wife called some 15yr. old punk kid kickedout the back window to steal briefcase then he did not take nothing cops came with dog tracked him to another truck with window kicked out then to his house so now got to wait and see what happens!! then our hotel we stay at was booked full we finally found a room handicap room from 130.00 a night with one bed so i drawed short straw and got roll away bed ! decided to leave early sat. morning to go back just got fed up with all the gouging from everyone!! rooms were 162.00 for biketoberfest thise weekend 269.00 and they messed up on my booking on this weekend and booked it for next week .room for 269.00 springbreak 99.00 a night!!i fell bad for the norther guys for the f-ing they gave you guys from rooms to just the service every where i went sucked. ok i got it off my chest !! hope everyone made it home safe!! Just got home this evening. We stayed with a friend in Jacksonville. The trip cost me gas money and a few meals at mcdonalds (which is great when your bike gets 45mpg). I work for a living and will not pay $10 for a burger much less $11 for a burger with cheese. The ride from Daytona Beach to Jacksonville last night sucked, though. It took forever to get out because the race at the speedway just let out, and it was 30 degrees in Jacksonville when we finally arrived at 1:45am. Brrrr!!!
