Default Tires in Phoenix

I'll be spending the winter in Gilbert again and I'll be needing a new rear tire at some point soon on my '03 Softail Classic (spoked wheel). Up here, I always take the rim off the bike myself and bring the rim to a local independent shop for him to mount and balance the new tire. But I won't have a lift with me and will have just a minimum amount of tools so I'll be looking for a shop to remove and replace the wheel and do the entire tire change. Can anyone suggest a shop that'll do a rear tire for a reasonable price? I called Superstition Harley and they told me $290 which sounds pretty steep. I don't mind buying the tire online and bringing it to a small shop if that's preferred. Anyway, just looking for some recommendations...

D&D Discount Motorcycle. They're in Tempe Mclintock & University. I'm southeast of you, but it's worth the few extra miles. I like Superstition H-D but find that most H-D dealers tire prices are high.
