If you ever get in trouble in Houston and end up headed to county jail ensure you tell the Officer/ Constable/ Deputy you are a Veteran and you may get seen at Harris County Veterans Court.

It is a program to give Veterans a second chance in the form of consideration for the Veterans service and taking into account the stressors and experiences Veterans have been subjected to.,

It is available for us and not advertised in my opinion enough.
