Recommendations for independent shops in DFW?

Recommendations for independent shops in DFW?
Does anyone have recommendations for shops that do regular scheduled maintenance for HD's? Also, it'd be a plus if they were OEM or aftermarket parts distributors, like for saddlebags, attachments, and such. Thanks!

OK, I can check them out. I'm right in the middle of DFW ,so everything is close by.
