ABS on Sportster

ABS on Sportster
I love everything about my HD Superlow XL1200T excepting that it lacks ABS. I would have been happy to pay the price differential, but I've never seen this model with ABS.
Anyhow, my question is whether there is any aftermarket way to have ABS installed on the bike? I've used my (non-ABS) breaks one time to the extent that the bike slightly skidded, and I was pleased that I was able to maintain control and the bike kept going straight/did not swerve. But I am well aware of the benefits of ABS breaks.

A similar question has been asked over in Touring and the general answer is no, it is not practical to retrofit it! It is available as an option on your model, so use an on-line parts website, such as this one, to see what parts are involved. The main harness is different, to start with, which is a major expense at around 600 dollars, plus the ABS unit at around 500, plus brake pipes and other parts. It would effectively mean stripping the bike, installing extra mounting brackets etc and a great deal of expense.
Easier and probably cheaper to part exchange your bike for a new 2015 one with it installed.
