I was in wreck hit gravel and slid out on me. bent bars. Got new ones put them on now when going down road when looking down it looks like handle bars are pulled back on one side what else could it be . Could it be the upper triple tree?
Could very well be just the risers and bolts as suggested above.
Easiest is to loosen to the front axle, front fender and all the triple clamp bolts to reset the fork alignment. Make note of the front fender bracing to the lower fork tubes; if the fender is bent it could prevent this reset.
If that fails, next is to look for something bent. Typically fork tubes, lower triple clamp with stem. Could also include upper triple clamp, damaged head bearings, fender, axle, steering stop tab on the frame.
