While you're 'testing', might consider carring a spare fuel canister.
I have one on the 'swingarm bag'. As cvaria says, dont wanna be
pushing it to the fuel pump....

oh no. Got one last year. 20oz msr bottle. Got a second one in March, but it's not that much bigger. Guess I thought a wine bottle size (750ml) would be a lot more than 20oz but it's only 5 more oz. Doh.
Anyway, made it 197 miles before she started sputtering and I had to stop. If ever do a nice long drive non stop I'll have to try again. So close 4.3 gal before sputtering.

Played with XR swing arm and found i need to better calculate spacing
AND the xr must have a smaller rear brake rotor, the rear caliper mount dosen't fit over the rotor. or maybe the rotor shrunk with the XR1200X, i need to look into that. glad i tried it out while i had the wheel off.
