Nightster Forks on 883 superlow

First of all i'd like to introduce myself. My name is Vic, i'm 22 years old and new to the Harley world and this forum. I love the aesthetics of a Harley, it's so damn American looking. Anyway i have a bit of a dilemma. I purchased a set of nightster forks for my 2012 883 superlow and thought it was going to be an easy job "plug and play" i thought. It was, until it was time to install the front wheel, well turns out the superlow axle wont slide through because it was too thick for the forks, i tried the nightster axle and its too thin for the wheel. So what can i do in this situation? Should i just install a nightster wheel? Wheel bearings? Thanks for reading.

Just get a bearing kit from harley thats for the nightster you bought the forks from.
