Thanks for any info!

P/N 2106-0251

Fits the 2014 Iron connector, no wire cutting.

yeah, mine is an 07 so i need to use the old exposed 3 prong. but it should still be plug and play. good stuff. i love the keyless on the dyna.

i'm going to install my hfsm next week during bike down time. it's been sitting on my dryer for a month. its a big event on the sportster. battery tray pulling and fender removal and such.

Oh OK, hope you can find the p/n for that switch. Mine has been holding up OK how I have mine setup. I've only had one zip tie break but I used pretty thin ones. I really wanted to mount my switch somewhere around the seat but I haven't had time to mess with it or even just sit and look at it and think of how I'll do it. Wish I still had a garage...

could probably mod a used battery cover or oil bag cover.

I'll do it to mine if I do, not a used one, I'm not scared but I just need to measure if there is space behind anywhere to hold the switch. Easy way will be to measure the switch for thickness that will be on the backside of the cover and mock something up the same thickness and tape it to various spots to try and find a spot that fits for sure. If I can't find anything I like I'll make a holder out of sheet metal someday.

So here's what I'm thinking of doing on my OL's '13 Iron.
I would mount the coil horizontal aka Fred Phucket style,
Then try to find a switch with the three connections coming
off the back of the switch & mount it in the original key housing.

We'll have to see how it turns out though....

That would be cool but I plan to do this too, so I want to keep it clean around the engine.

So my black switch is here and now I'm looking for a nice clean mount for it.
Thinking of doing something sort of like this:
