Accel Stealth Super Coil For Harley Sportster 2007-2015

Coil-on-plug! Instead of having plug wires going from your coil to your plugs, COP kits place the coil directly onto the plug itself. Cleans up the left side of your bike. Helps provide the hottest spark possible by providing maximum spark energy directly to the plugs

Interesting. Not exactly a new product (google has some info on them from 2014). I personally am interested in performance more than looks. And I do know my coils are up to the task.

Perhaps new for that established vendor. It was the first I ever saw a COP. Definitely interesting.

It would appear one would have issues with the wiring being that the coils sit over the plug on the engine. Also when you need to change the plugs, you need to remove the coil although appears to be a simple task.

Not the best environment for the coils with so much heat in that area, especially heat soak after shutting it off.

Yes heat would definitely be an issue. It would plug up the ventilation in the heads.
