Default handlebars for my sporty

I need some advice for new bars for my bike. I currently have buckhorns and just dont like the looks of them. I like the looks of the drag bars but, my husband thinks I will have to lean to far forward to reach. I am also a new rider and need something easy to handle. What about t-bar drags? I do have long arms, so I wouldn't think reaching out will be a biggie. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Default RE: handlebars for my sporty

Depends on how tall you are and your reach. I'm 5'6 and the drag bars are perfect for me, I don't have to reach for them and they're not too close either. I don't know what t-bar drags are, so I can't comment on those.

If they are too far to be comfortable, you could always get the pull back risers or whatever they're called.

Hope this helped at least a little
