Cool Power Vision tuning with Auto-Tune

As we know the PV5 has the option for Auto-Tune, rather like learning variables on you bike that need adjusting and makes those changes.

I have made 4 Auto-tune rides with my PV5 and have found a large difference in throttle response and overall power.

One question that I need answered is after the auto-tune process, the PV asks if I want to save the learned values?
I always reply no as the learned values were saved for the next update to the current tune.

My question is should I be saving the learned values to incorporate into the next session?

As always ride safe, not like you stole it!

Yes, you want to save new values. if you don't you are throwing out your run. you save the values and load /flash them as your tune to see the benefits.

I love you but, read the manual.

Yes you need to save in order to use that AT to flash. Be careful not to overwrite existing tunes. Good luck.

Well, I'm not sure what a PV5 is (are you confusing it with the Power Commander 5?), but assuming we're talking about a Powervision, you should watch this video, it does a great job of explaining autotune: http://blogs.dynojet.com/index.php/2...-power-vision/

Their first video on autotune had a mistake in it, and wasn't nearly as complete as this one anyway.
