The guy I bought my '08 nightster (fuel injected) from put these mufflers on and one of the baffles must have rattled off in the last couple of weeks because I noticed it was missing tonight. I contacted J&P and they don't have replacement baffles so now I have to figure out which ones to put in. The one that was left measured 1.9" in diameter and 8" in length - it was just a simple perforated steel wall with a washer welded on one end. My questions are: do you think this will work? Will I need to re-tune my bike? I'm about 90% sure the guy I bought the bike from didn't re-tune it after he modified the exhaust.
