I have a free xr swingarm inbound. are the mounting points the same or will it need massaging?

 

To my knowledge the frame wasn't modified from the XL to the XR

 

I was going to say that the XR swingarm will bolt to the XL frame but then my wife told me that I don't know anything.

So let us know how it works.

 

the front may but, the rear is going to require some work and a new axle a the bare minimum. will be fun

None that i can think of, honestly. Weĺl, there is creating an account of it being done. There ralk of unicorn XLs with XR swing arms and 1 or 2 pictures out there but, no "how".

I also think that once it is powdered gloss black ot will look damn good. We'll see

 

Probably saves some weight too,

I'd leave the swingarm bare aluminum.
