Small Leather Side (Swing Arm) Bag - What Are The Options?
#11
Which bag is in the picture?
Folks, I'm looking for a small leather side bag for my XL883C. I'm wanting one that fits here:
What are my options, please? Would like something in real leather and good quality. I was looking at the Lick and Larosa bags but the latter rarely include pics of the bag mounted so it's very difficult to get an idea of exactly how it fits on the bike. This is just going to hold a couple of straps and small tools which is why I don't want a larger swing arm bag than the one shown. Your tips would be appreciated.

This way I can keep that pillion area completely clear, which is the optimal solution for my needs.

It's the standard pan. Alligator Bob did a custom rework on it. Installed a ProPad gel pad in the whole seat area. Added about an inch more foam for better back support. Hand pleated seat area. Materials are black Italian highly grained leather and brown elephant. It looks great but more importantly it is very comfortable.

I have the larosa solo side bag with fuel bottle. After 4 years, haven't ever run out of gas but get a good bonfire going at the end of the riding season. At $230 it is fairly pricey but I do use it quite a bit. Last night grabbed a bottle of wine, a couple cobs of corn, slab of halibut and some prawns from the grocer and fit it all in. and yes, was a tasty dinner
