1200C need more power.

More power? You mean you're not satisfied with beating up on 883's and Honda Shadows? I'm more and more realizing that my stage 1 1200 is not a fast bike and to make it fast you have to stop bleeding your wallet dry for a few hp here and there. Either drop the few thou for a 100+ hp kit or realize you have a respectable cruiser. A gear change will give you a slight fix that'll be good for day 1. "Drop in" cams (no head work or clearancing) are cheap if you install yourself but only good for a couple/few hp. A few hp is not going to keep you off of WOT.

I've owned Harley's and I've owned sport bikes and still currently own both so I know wtf I'm talking about. You wanna dump thousands into your slow *** sportster to make it less slow be my guess but that sounds retarded to me. The bike is what it is ride it enjoy it throw a pipe and tune on it and go to town on some back roads. Unless your handy with a wrench and got thousands of dollars to **** away and a few spare motors in the garage don't bother trying to make The tortoise The hare.

Opinions vary Ask Madnss if he likes his 9 second sportster. I know I love my 90 + HP Sportster. It does exactly what I want from it. And if I wanted a sports bike I could buy one and pay cash. Reality is I do not want one. never have and never will.
If I buy any more bikes they would be a 1956 KHK flat head and a 1969 shovel head.
