How much does the horn actually weigh? Are the stock brakes heavier then aftermarket?

Steve Storz of Storz Performance gets Sportsters down to 474 lbs. in his Street Tracker guise ( the OrIginal mo****r: XR1200) . Very close to your sample Gixxer 600. Add Hammer Performance 1275 (or BIGGER) kit or not , depending on your budget an whether or not you have a Pilot's License,. Also, a page named " Phaedrus' Stuff" gives weights of (Harley's) XR1200 parts w comparos to aftermarket substitutes.Hot Bike did a comparo ( Shoot-Out @ the XR Corral)on exhaust weights: Stock XR1200 xhst 39 lbs or so. Twin Motorcycles' Torque Hammer is 9 lbs AND more HP. Do your research. Dive in. American Iron Mag (2006 Feb) has an article on a W.F.O , Sporster that turns 10's in the Qtr. Mi. Pick Yer Piessen. Do YOUR Thing

Hammer can put you in the 9s if you want to spend the money. I believe madnss gets in the 9s.

it's a gd drag bike, man. really bad example. not only that, he's been molesting it for years. he's way past 30k on that thing it's a part of his family, he sent it to speed college. Jörgen is the same with his evil 124"... years of work.
