Bit the bullet and ordered the Energy One clutch pack from Hammer. No sense in waiting, I can eat later, hahaha!

So the plan is to start later this week in the evenings when the kids go to bed. I'll start by gapping the rings and pre-assembling the pistons in the cylinders. I've watched a ton of videos, read the instructions, manual and reviewed a bunch of peoples installations on this site.

Are you going to install pistons on the rods first and drop the jugs, or install the pistons in the jugs and drop over the rods?

Thanks man, appreciate it. The only thing I'm really nervous about is gapping the rings. I didn't have Hammer pre-install the pistons because i wanted to learn. I'm just going to go slowly and measure frequently.

I think I'll try pre-installing the pistons in the jugs first, then dropping over the rods.

Do you have access to a gap filing tool?
