i am looking for a highway/crash bar for a harley 2010 48. I am confused from the naming. Any help on where should i get one.

Tim, your local friendly dealer has them! To check what is available go to the H-D website and the Shop tab, where you can enter details of your bike and check the many goodies you can have! There may also be aftermarket brands.

thanks foe the help. I am in nyc and i am looking for the bar for parking and not so good drivers getting in my way so i think i shouldnt go expensive. The question i have what are the most reasonable models. What do you guys have.

i didnt have bars before so the pricing and models is big from 400$ to 99$ so i am confused.

I have the H-D round chrome engine guard, which costs around $215 at present, also available in black. Cheaper ones will be cheap!

I just bought the same one but chrome on ebay and love it, very sturdy construction.
But it just cost me $98 shipped.
try searching ebay for "sportster engine guard"

 

I bought this Harley Davidson Engine guard for $50 on Craigslist in like new condition. I am sure you can find an engine guard on ebay or your local CL.

 

yes i got the one from amazon 110$ enlarged the holes with dremel as they were not alihned properly. Apart that they look cool. For 30 min dremel tool the price was good.
