I've been real happy with my Rush. Low rumble, sounds like a Harley, but not crazy loud.

Yes. But it will be a louder sound, not necessarily a deeper rumble. I put a small hole in mine just to make it flow more freely, not really for louder.

I wouldn’t go over drilling 3/4 “ or the *** is going to fall out of your toque curve, and make ya bike run a little leaner.

You will get a pleasant note not too hard on the ears and slightly different lower tone that’s not obnoxious.

I've tried Rush; loud, Wyatt; also loud & a set of Khrome Werks with 'sound reducers' which made them nice. Remember to listen to them when you are behind, following your bike. That is what Joe six pack remembers about your bike.

Start with a small hole and slowly take it from there: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Grip-Rit...SPKE/100156844

Id go with these as you will have a smooth progressive hole with no burs to affect gas flow.
You'll have to get a 6”-12” extension as well.

Hows about a sound clip of those workz muffs with the reducers in them.

My son put Wyatt Gatling slip-ons on his 2017 Iron 883 just a few weeks ago. I watched and listened to him ride off last night. His bike sounded great and not annoyingly loud.

I know this is an older thready, but has anyone run TTI's in a set of the 2.5" python slash cuts? If so what size would work best? There is a screw on the inside at the rear of the muffler to hold in the stock baffle in. Just worried about installation in the smaller diameter since alot of the slip ons are 3"
