Default Rear brake pedal doesn't push down

Hi guys so I'm having issues with my 1980 ironhead for some reason I can't get the rear brake pedal to push down at all. Any ideas or fixes

this may sound dumb but did you try to lift up on it? if so will it move up ? if yes does it move? if yes adjust the leakage.

I can pull it up but I really thought the linkage didn't have anything to do with it to be honest so I didn't even try screwing around with that
