There's a lot of info at the link I posted...but the bottom line is, the RT springs will be a more firm ride, and the Intiminators will make the compression and rebound much smoother. They also reduce front end dive and the possibility of bottoming out.

The springs by themselves will be a very nice improvement, with the Intiminator, a much larger improvement.

The best you can get is something like the AK-20's, or Ohlin's cartridge system...but those are well over 1K.

What we run in our Sportys are the springs with the Intiminators...they are 50-60% as good as the best, but at a fraction of the price.

Below is a useful chart-

Andy, look at mine this weekend, I have them fitted.
The RK are the same size as I had previously just much more comfortable.
They will work on the trike as well

I found mine on ebay

There are quite a few lengths of air shocks available for the various big twins, there was a list of lengths, models and part numbers posted on a thread a while ago, you could do a search and read thru the threads to find it.

I think there is basically only 2 sizes...12" and 13". Both from "Touring" bikes.

12" would have been on most (maybe all) Street Glides FLHX (and some others)...Not as good of ride as 13"

Genius!
