Primary inspection oil leak

Having a problem getting the primary inspection cover to seal well.

On what?

On the primary chain case cover, left side of bike, there is a small oval shaped inspection cover at the top for checking the primary chain tension and also refilling after changing the oil. Seems like whatever I do I can't get a good seal of the small inspection cover . Thanks for any help you have be able to provide.

Using a new gasket and the screws have small O-rings on them.

You were already asked "On what?"
We're assuming you have a Sportster, but who knows? And since Sporties have been around for over 50 years, the year of your bike just might be helpful.

Sorry for the lack of information. The bike is a 2006 Sportster 1200 Low.
