Just as a follow up I checked with Kuryakyn Tech help and these #3596 Riot min floorboards will fit the 2007 Sportster forwards with specific adaptors based on colour choice. They never had them listed for my year but they will fit.

I have the Kuryakyn Premium Mini Floorboards on my Sporty with mids with no issues. Once in a while I will catch my leg on them if walking the bike.

You can see them on the bike in the bottom photo. Sorry, no better picture here at work

Here is a photo of it on the bike. They have three mount holes and I have them mounted on the most forward hole to give me room to get under the shifter with my foot

You should look at DK Customs Triple trap pegs. I know that they're not floorboards, but they were probably my favorite add on that I put on my sportster. They always kept my feet secure, they moved to allow different riding positions, and they were sweet to look at. Always got compliments on them. Super comfortable. Check them out.

I have been on their site a few times and have purchased a few items. Do you have any pics of them on your ride?

I sold my bike a couple weeks ago for a RKS, but here’s a couple before I sold it. I’m telling you, they were probably my favorite upgrade. The fact that I could change the angle to whatever, whenever, was awesome.

For smaller platform/floorboard type pegs, as jlb2782 mentioned, the Triple Traps or Bear Traps do well, also any pegs with a Heel Rest are effectively a small floorboard as far as comfort and stability..

Here are a couple of photos-

About a year ago I switched to a full (fold-up) floorboards. They are super comfortable, and add stability & comfort to my Sporty that I did not think was possible. I really like them, and the clearance is great, can't lean over far enough for them to scrape.

Photo's-
