I have the

stock bearings removed. These wheels use the narrow bearings. What bearing do I need to buy for my 3/4" inch axles in my '04?

 

You can check part numbers on a parts website. Also check the part numbers for those bearing spacers, as they may not be the correct length - the later bearings may be of different thickness to yours.
