New Harley owner here...not new to bikes (I came from the crotch rocket world) but this is my first Harley.
I grew up around them. My dad has always had one as far back as I can remember, and I’ve always wanted one as far back as I can remember.
just picked up my new to me ‘16 48.
Came with a few good mods already (V&H short shots, higher flow breather (not sure brand), and tuned (not sure brand), 7 or 8” z bars, and smoked lenses on rear and front signals.) Hopefully the images upload.
I have LOTS of plans for this bike and will be documenting the process along the way. First on the list will be 2” tank lift, 16” apes, and probably some white walls.
Plenty more to come...
Anyway, the name’s Stephen and just wanted to take a minute to say “hey” and introduce myself and my bike to the group. I live in VA if there’s anyone on here from the area...

Welcome, I joined the world of Harley Davidson myself back in July of 2017 after owning nothing but metric bikes since the 1970's. So I'm still rather new myself I guess compared to a majority of members here. Alot of helpful info makes it worth being here IMO.
