Lost rear wheel spacer.
I’m nearly done with restoring my 2004 XL1200C but have ran into a problem. Actually it’s been somewhat of a problem already on the front wheel but I finally got it.
The guy that owned this bike traded the original wheels for cast wheels from a 99 model. I’m not sure exactly if from a Sportster or not.
Truth be known I’m not sure I even lost a spacer but think I must have.
I have three, one is about an eight of an inch the second is 3/4” and the third is close to a couple inches long. I’m not around my bike at the moment and may have to send the exact lengths later. The longest is 1/4” larger diameter on the sprocket side. I think that’s the side I have a spacer missing.
I bought a 3/4” spacer but it’s too long. They’re expensive and I’d like to know before ordering another one or cutting the new one what the correct length is.
I’m so close to firing it up and taking the first ride but have to be certain everything is right before doing that.

We had a BOMB MAKING room but, well, ahhhhh, 1 of the guys just didn't understand Blasting Caps very well so..... you know.
We have our own pub .
There are several places where you can familiarize your self with the .
So don't be a wall flower watching others . Get involved.

Welcome from Pennsylvania. First thing I’d do is find the parts diagram for that part of the bike. You can find those on the net from parts dealers or HD. Google the part numbers of the spacers and it might tell you the thickness. Measure between the forks and then measure the wheel hub thickness, spacers, etc and make whatever adjustments you have to keeping in mind what wheel offset will mean to fender clearance, etc. Good luck
