Kevin, visualize the road to Hana while you are riding lol. It is freezing (a matter of expression) here in the 60s.....but it does warm up to the 70s-80s during the day.. Sorry don't mean to rub salt on the road...i mean in the wound.

-28 Celsius is the high all of next week, WITHOUT the windchill... thats 18.4 Fahrenheit so you can imagine how f'n crappy that would feel. Your skin literally hurts when you walk outside. It always amazes me that vehicles (well most anyway) and anything else actually works in that kind of cold
We can't think about going for a ride up here until at least April. Even then that crabby old bitch mother nature can kick us in the nuts in a heartbeat. Last Monday it was -43 Celsius with the windchill, so it could be worse! i hate winter

Yeah, up north they're getting hit hard with this cold.

Yep, warming up here for a bit also. Was 26 when I rode in (in the truck) this morning. But is warming up to 50 today...next few days are going to hit in the 60's.

The road to Hana...lot's of great memories...and yes, I remember being cold, very cold, when it dropped into the 60's.

Summer hell
We have 6 months of tremendous heat here in the low deserts of So. Cal. Winter is our riding season.

Not looking forward to summer.

Lived in the north most of my life. Now been in ATL for 13 years. I laugh so hard when people here complain about heat and humidity. Try doing anything at 0 degrees and you'll be begging for heat and humidity.

Yea nothing like that good ole 90* heat and 90% humidity to make you feel cool. Yea Right! I hated Ohio when it got like that. There is no cooling off. At least in the desert where we used to live it would be high 90s in the day and low 60s at nite.
