Drive Belt Tension

Drive Belt Tension
Hey guys,
New to the forum. I have a 2015 Sportster 48 and I'm going through the service manual, performing the 5k mile service. The only thing I have left is to adjust the drive belt tension. The issue i'm running into is that my work space is pretty small, so it is difficult to roll the bike around to check the belt tension at various points, checking for the tightest point. The service manual and clymer manual only give tension specs with the bike on the jiffy stand and weight on the rear wheel. I'm curious if there is a spec i can use with the bike on a jack. Thanks in advance, and I apologize if there is already a thread for this...couldn't find it when i searched.

Yes full weight of bike on the wheel. A small jack like this one will allow you to lift the bike to move the back wheel

Covered in rubber to not marr underside of bike.
And one of these to set it or check it correctly:

The only spec is with the bike on the ground either on the stand or standing up but just has to have the full weight of the bike on the wheels.
As you have a 10lb gauge you know the spec is the belt can deflect 1/4" to 5/16" when the gauge is showing the 10lb point.
Well there is the spec you were looking for, haha!

I was just hoping for an easy "yes, here is the spec you were looking for", haha.
