Forward controls loose after dumping the bike
On my 2011 Forty-Eight, I recently put her down for a short slide and now the clevis that the peg attaches to is loose in the mount. Is there a bushing or something in there that needs to be replaced to fix this? There's a bolt that appears to hold it all together but the bolt is tight and has not moved so the issue appears to be between the clevis and the mount. I'm planning to take it apart to investigate but I'm moving next week so things have been busy around the house.
Second question, does anyone know of a forward control for the brake side that will allow use of a shifter peg instead of the stupid pad? I bought some aftermarket controls that work this way but they're garbage other than allowing the use of matching foot pegs and shifter pegs on both sides.
Thanks.

If I am reading you correctly the footpeg is wedged in with what HD calls a spring washer. Part #20

The "bolt" is a clevis pin held in with a circlip.
