Cool 1995 Sportster 883 to 1200 converssion

I am looking for any information on doing a conversion from 883 to 1200. I want to do it myself. Will I have to mess with the carb or is it just jugs & pistons?

I did a S&S recently on a EFI but the work is the same. Engine can stay in the frame, no problem at all. I posted pictures from the process here on the forum : LINK

Thanks for the photos and the information. I can't wait to do mine. Most likely in August or September. Saving up the money and getting all the info. I can on the job.
