Default Gaskets,Gaskets,Gaskets

Found some Oil leaking out of my Shifter lever. Replace an o-ring?

Then found some Oil here (blue), thinking this base gasket needs replacing.

Oil levels are ok.

Questions...

Somewhere I can get ALL the Gaskets?

I just watched a video from a dude going over the M8 gaskets and how they suck...looking for a place to get good aftermarket gaskets.
Which last?

And...

If this base gasket is leaking, is it something needs Immediate attention?
Maybe a tightening can cure it?

Is there somewhere else this may be leaking from?
Don't think its hose spit since its down lower(red).

If I do have to get in there and replace all the gaskets, what kinda time do I need to get er did?

Thanks.

Are you sure you're not jumping to conclusions ? Try cleaning it all off and then tightening the filter a little bit . Hot oil can travel especially in a wind so it might not be leaking from the places where you have found it .
