Kinda late for work this morning took the bike up too 79 my fastest yet only had it a few weeks and I have to agree that who ever had an 883 that topped out at 83 I believe there is something wrong....I could have got to at least 90 felt like it had a lot more. I have SE intake, re-jet and V&H Straights

 

Be safe. I know mine will go over 90 I don't do it ((ok, 1x)) Just to see. It had more but I chickened [8D]out. Just be safe and stay with in your zone.

 

shoot if it don't hit a 100mph there a big problem been there done that a few times

 

When I get a little more comfortable I may do 100 but I prefer just crusin @50-60 ....If I want to get somewhere fast I would take my truck

 

BTW looking forward to a nice ride home heat index heres about 104 I heard clear skys should be nice as long as I can keep moving

 

Why didn't you go to 80 is sound allot better than 79.lol it feels fast doesn't it.

 

Maybe it's just me, but my thoughts are who cares how fast their bike will go as long as it will cruise for hours on end at top posted speed limits,and still havereserve power to spare.

 

I hit 100 on mine the other day without much effort and then I eased off.

 

I too just hit 100mph the other day, and yeah with no winshield it feels real damn fast! It still had lotsa juice left, but I got scared...lol Seems all smoothes out at about 70mph in 5th

 

105 on mine with power to spare. No sense in getting carried away... It goes around others when I want it to. That's all that matters to me.
