I do think it has a good value, but you might be suprised about the old iron. In general old stuff tends to be a good bit cheaper then new bikes. However, the older you get, the more valuable. The pre WWII bikes really are the hardest to find. Knuckles really do sell for a good amount. It will be worth less then a Pan from the same time. I would guess it would be worth$8-$10K.
