Default Running Lean Fix ???

Hey guys,When I can finally get my bike, is it worth it to take it to an indy and have them properly adjust things so it's not running lean. From what I've read, they all run lean from the factory, so I'm sure the dealership isn't going to do anything about it if asked to.Why does the factory send them out in such a condition? Thanks!

Dan if I recall you run a Nightster. I've been doing some miles on mine to get the breakin period out of the way. I'm far from an expert on this lean condition everyone talks about but I've heard no engine ping and my pipe color looks good to me. I'd like to hear more if someone chimes in. Dan
