Help With Seat Fitment
We bought a solo seat off ebay, it was listed as fitting a early year Sportster. Well it doesn't. It has HD on the bottom of the seat with these numbers: RDW-92/61-0067. The dealer doesn't know the numbers. Do any of you know what this seat fits so we can pass it on? The seat is lovely, perfect condition, but it just won't fit on our bikes. Thanks Larry

I just did a google search on that number and some different seats come up but most appear to be for wideglides or perhaps a roadking. gott any pictures of the seat you got?
Did some other searches and some results said seat for softail.... who knows what you ended up with.

I did the exact same thing, same numbers...and now have the same problem. I should have really looked at it before I bought it. But was in hurry to get another seat, so I could send mine in to Mean City for a custom fit.

thats the number of the seat bracket. If you post a pic of the seat bottom I may be able to help, I have bought and sold a large number of Harley seats in the past. Matter fact I have some stock solos for sale right now...
