Have not had much to say since did not have a bike.
Well, I finally have gone and done it , I will soon be picking up my 2008 XL1200L in Crimson Red Sunglo.
Looking forward to getting back into the wind. Have always wanted a Harley and finally will have my first one.
Would like to know what seat is a good choice for this bike , to lower it a little.
Also will the Progressive 412 11in shocks lower this model any ?

Welcome. Yea, there are some "interesting" threads around here, and some other very good, informative threads too. I usuallty end up in the "interesting" ones because I'm not an engineer, or mechanic.
The crimson red sunglow.....is that the metallic paint? I sawthat on a new Spotster last week at the dealer, and it looked good. I bet it really looks good in the sunlight!
