Default Best ventilated helmet

I'm looking for a full face helmet with better ventilation than my current helmet (Fulmer). Anyone have any recommendations?[sm=smiley11.gif]

I just bought a Zox GENESIS SVS for cold and or rainy weather and so far it seems to be pretty damn good for the price.

I have an HD Skull Flame helmet made by KBC that is pretty nice. A bit pricey ($275), but is a nice helmet and meets DOT and Sneel 2005 standards. I use it mostly for riding back and forth to work since it is a lot of super slab. I don't see the helmet on the website anymore so they may not carry it anymore, but they have one at my local dealer. I also hear great things about the Scorpions, which are quite a bit cheaper ($169-$249) and they are also DOT and Snell.

The best helmet money can buy is an Arai. Their models are based on head shape, so you need to try on a few to get the right model for you, I have a Vector because I have a big round head. They have good ventilation in the chin bar and great air flow around the crown of the head, but their unique feature is vents in the face shield that direct air up into the helmet. The only problem with these things is cost, but I do not regret every penny I spent on the one that I have.

The thing I wear with the best airflow is a summer weight HD truckers cap worn backwards!

Now HELMETS? Maybe I'll get an Arai someday, but I'm happy with my HJC modular. Fairly decent airflow and comfortable. Also has a Cool Max liner that wicks perspiration away from the head. It's my winter helmet. My HJC 3/4 AC-3 is pretty good, too. My Daytona Skull cap is very comfortable, but has no vents, and my head DOES sweat in it.

Like Teek I've got an HJC and like it a lot. Good ventilation, and fairly reasonable price. I think I payed like $170 or so for mine. Its DOT approved, but I don't believe its Snell approved.

I have a shoei rf-1000 and it ventilates very very well. I wore it to daytona bike week and my hair stayed bone dry. Before this helmet i had the hd jet 3/4 helmet and I sweated like a pig in it.

I love the shoei.. some of the best money i've spent for my bike.
