Can someone explain to me why some HD riders find the sportster to be called "girls bikes" ?
My wife works in a biker bar and most of the regulars think the sportster is a "chick bike"
This pisses me off. Most of these so called regulars dont even have a damn bike.
I dont really care, but this BS view of what one rides is really crap.
The sportster is the oldest HD line to date.
I like it. F&*(& you if you don't, you AS&(*& hole.

I don't think you'll get much response here since we all ride Sportsters. If you want to stir some chit try the general chat forum they'll probably jump on it over there.

The fact that a moron that has no bike would make dumb remarks about bikes he wishes he had is enough to make me shrug it off and walk by laughing about his stupidity. On top of that, girls bike or guys bike, who cares, since when does a bike have a gender, its a bike. I had a bike named Elanor cause it wouldn't start regularily, and I know a girl that has a bike she calls "big sexy", so who cares what they say. i would rather ride a girl's bike than ride homewith someone else in a car(in those clowns cases, their mom's). Forget those cats.

Since I'm new, I can only ask why this comes up again and again ?
Does anyone have a good reason ?
