I bought all the tin from a 2008 1200. The insides of these fenders look like brand new. I have never looked at the underside of a fender closely before, but being from 2008 they look amazing. I have the tank too which is excellent looking but not quite to this level. Just curious, I've had clean looking bikes but never really thought about the undersides of fenders. Factory markings too. Thanks for the info. Also, is this set of tins valuable?

It looks like the tins that you have are from a 2008 105th Anniversary XL1200L (Low). or XL1200C (Custom), model.
The tank should have 105th Anniversary emblems on it, see the images of a 2008 XL1200L below.
If you have the complete tins including the air filter cover, they are collectors items and will be worth more than the ordinary tins set.
You could try contacting a Harley-Davidson dealership as to their possible value.

The 105th anniversary models were produced as a limited batch of 2000 units in copper and black paintwork, every one is individually numbered on a plate mounted to the handlebar clamp. After fifteen years, there won't be many as new tin sets around.
