Default '08 1200C drag bars on stock riser?

Anyone have pics of drag bars on 1200C stock riser? Better yet, any 1 1/4" drags?

I couldn't find an answer to this by searching: will 1 1/4" drag bars that will work on the 1200C stock riser (assume they would have to slim down to 1 inch in the middle?) ... and where can I find a front turn signal relocation kit? Does the dealer sell them, or am I better off going somewhere else?

Thanks.

Yes, with the C you got 4" risers, so they should clear your tank just fine...especially if you have that smooshed peanut thing they started recently. As far as fat bars, check J&P or any other parts site...they're fairly common, and depending on where you get em, fairly cheap. Signal relocation kits can be bought from the stealer, but they're pricey, check ebay first is my suggestion.

Thanks. They are pullback risers, though. Still think I'm OK? I saw an older sporty that had the straight risers and drag bars, I guess they switched to the pullbacks in recent years on the C? ... "Smooshed peanut thing?"

hmm....straights may be needed then. And I'm talking about the tank...apparently they still call that new tank on the customs a peanut tank, lol. So I call it the smooshed peanut.

I don't think the 08 has changed significantly since the 04 models. Here's mine with 3" pull back drags on the stock 6" riser. Plenty of clearance.

What is the width of those bars? Looks like it might be tight, though, if the turn signals were still on there? Maybe not. I want to relocate them anyway ... nice pipes!

Turn signals won't hit....switch packs will if anything. Your fork stops should hit before your signal housings do.
