Default lexan windshield

Chay hay8 my wife swears by peanut butter to remove left over adhesive. Just put some on the spot let it sit for a few minutes then rub off . The oil in peanut butter loosen up the residue. Then just clean windshield as normal

Plexus can be found at alot of Dealerships ( Metric included ) . I also alternate between Pledge and Plexus using a micro-fiber cloth. ......WVleo

Harley dealerships sell an item called S100 Special Surface Cleaner. The parts guy told me this is the best. I bought some and it is terrific

I have a Windvest. I use micro fiber towel and Eagle One Detailer once or twice a week. When I give her a good soap cleaning (bout once a month) I use Meguirers Plast-x. It's made for keeping the headlight shells on newer cars in mint condition. I have found it's also great on other things like the screens of my MP3 players as well as my Galaxy phone.

I get a large towel and soak it with hot water. Lay it on the windshield for 5 minutes. All the bug residue loosens up and cleans right off without scratching windshield.

Dawn dishwashing soap is a good choice..or if you want to go top notch good quality eyeglasses cleaner and a microfiber towel would be a good decision.

I believe lexan is a polycarbonate. It's the same stuff they make sunglasses and jeep windshields with. Windex, 409, or any of that kind of stuff will wreck it.
