I ordered the 10" short shocks from them. To me it seemed like it took for ever to get them, but that was just me being overly excited. The shocks came in on an average time frame in all actuality. Lick's is a good company with good customer service. They will correct something if there's an issue. Lick's is a member here.....PM them to find out where your stuffs at. I'm sure they'll help you out with a shipping/tracking number or something.

I ordered the new solo bag when it first came out. Seemed like a couple of weeks to get it - which was reasonable.
Only gripe i have is they accidentally sent me two of them and when I called they said to ship it back and they'd compensate the shipping and send me a t-shirt. I sent it back but never heard from them again. Cost me $15 bucks. I even emailed them and got no reply.
I was happy with the customer service at first - but not so much now. Probably won't do business with them again.

I ordered a solo bag from Licks on 12/18 figuring I wouldn't see it until sometime after Christmas. I received it the following Monday on the 22nd. Now it did have issues as the mount holes weren't drilled into the back of the bag. After contacting AJ at Licks he immediately sent out another bag and I returned the original. I thought the customer service was great. They were eager to make things right.

hey guys jus to give ya the update on my package...i recieved the package yesterday and its all in tact and the grips look alot better in person...i did notice that i ordered it on the 15th of december but the postage stamp date was the 29th so as far as the shipping i guess they had to do like a 2 day air on it but i guess the problem was just getting it to the post office to ship it...but overall i am happy with the product and i dont want people thinking i was griping about the service i just was wondering if it was normal or if it was jus holiday season. I dont want to deter their business from members of this website...especially since they are a american company.
