Default Front Fenders

Hey guys. Is the front fender that is on my bike the same size as one that comes on a 1200 Low? Could someone with either bike get a different size front wheel and use their original fender?

Yeah it should be the same. To my knowledge he only front fender that would be different is the ones for 21" wheels. Oh and 48s

I don't think there is a specific front fender for a 21" wheel. But I do know that somewhere along the line the distance from the fender itself to the center of the mounting hole has increased by 1/8"...but either way, you don't need to change fenders when you change wheels (I'm talking about 19" wheels & 21" wheels).

The overall diameter of the 21" wheel/tire combo (with an MH/90-21) is 27.38" and the overall diameter of a 19 (with a 100/90-19 tire) is 26.09". That means that the fender will be just over 1/2" closer to the tire if you go from a stock 19 to a stock 21 and there's plenty of room for that. I've even lowered the fender on one of mine with a 21.

I have the 21" wheel and I'm thinking about getting the wheels that come on the 1200L. I really want solid wheels. I was just wondering if a fender change would be required. Maybe just an adjustment?

No. The way the fender looks on the Low is the same way yours will look with the 19" wheel.
