Default Nightster Luggage Rack Pics

Anybody seen one of these on a Nightster? It's a Motherwell's Matte Black Luggage Rack. I got this pic off of Ebay. I really want to put something like this on the back of mine, but I'd like to get an idea of how it would look before I go ahead and buy it. If you've got one on your ride any pics would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yea, they look real good. I saw a chrome one on a blk/org Nightster. I don’t think you can carry much on it though. It fits real close to the fender and follows the contours of the fender. But as I said, it looked real good on the bike.

Thanks for the input Willie. I'm not too concerned with being able to hold a lot on it. Between the bags and the rack it ought to be enough for what I need.

I'm still interested in pics if anybody's got 'em!

Hey I have one of these on my bike. If you click on my icon you will see the pic in my album. When I bought it I had every intention of only leaving it on when I needed to use it, because I thought it was going to take away from the look of the bike. Well I haven't taken it off once, I think it actually looks cool on it. It holds a good size backpak. I stap it on with one of those cargo nets and a couple of bungee cords. I haven't pushed the limit to see just how big or how stuffed of a bag I could put on it but I really don't plan on it. I only use the bag for work when I ride in so it doesn't have to much in it. I highly recommend it though. Easy to put on and it would be easy to take off if you decide to.

Yeah, I got one of those, I put a quick conect system on my ride so I don't have to have ride with the rack on all the time. It don't hold a lot but it does come in handy. With the docking system I can have her on or off in 30 seconds.

Isn't the docking system for the HD rack and not the Motherwell?
