I'm looking for ideas for my '08 Sporty tank.

I really want to lose that stick-on chrome trim piece and make it simple. I like the black tank leather cover and an aviation-style gas cap (also in black). But I'd like to see the different tank treatments and how you guys have modded yours.

I removed the chrome strip, I used fishing line to "saw" through the tape holding it on and then used goof off to clean up the residue. I replaced the gas cap with the flush mount cap from Kuryakyn P/N 8309
