Default Proffesional Nightster advice needed.

Well I have been looking at alot of nightsters since I bought my 09 and I came across this one. Can someone please tell me how I can do this on my bike. Look at his breather, air cleaner, or carburetor. What is it? How can I get this? I'm not a mechanic and I have no idea when it comes to this bike what I'm doing. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks. Josh.

you want a velocity stack or a digital tach? or both?

a velocity stack is just a bolt on mod and takes about 15 minutes

its takes in air and looks cool. except most don't have filters in them, so really your just run a risk of sucking in unwanted crap.

i just did a quick search and found this. personally if i was going with a velocity stack i'd want a filter in it like this one:

the one in the ebay link above is everything you need to bolt it up. if you go with another velocity stack just look for one with a support bracket that fits CV carbs.

that one doesn't have a air filter. it has a stainless steel screen, but not a filter.

a filter does a better job at keeping unwanted crap out of your engine then a SS screen. and yes all the parts are there that you need to mount it on the cheaper kit.
